Do I have an eating disorder, or is this just normal? - what is the difference between fasting and anorexia

My friend thinks he has an eating disorder, but I do not think so. Some days they eat very little or nothing to keep my weight without exercising, because I am a little lazy. Some days I'll eat breakfast skipping normal, but otherwise, but after a few days, I do not eat anything. But I'm coming!

Basically my question is: What is the difference between fasting and anorexia easy?

Well, if the description, I call it an eating disorder. not eat, so you can keep your weight is anorexia. No, it's good. I had an eating disorder for a while and it was the same as you. I want nothing to eat for a few days. and then my stomach began to sink as harmful to eat. It is very difficult to undo. im sure its good as they are and what you can eat:)

If you really want to lose a few pounds, try to eat healthy .. Do not eat, instead of too. and something fun to do that too, that burns calories.

Well, that anorexia is a mental illness that the person thinks he is fat, while medium and low weight and has an intense fear of gaining weight. Anorexia restrict their food intake, but they have not always completely starve. Often very little to eat, and when you eat, what they choose very low in fat.

If you have concerns, talk to someone. Anyway, what do you do now, is definitely not healthy for the body. With a balanced diet containing plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grains and lean protein that contains help you to your weight. Starving actually slows your metabolism and when you eat, everything is stored as fat. When you start to eat better and take care of you.

I hope you are well .. but you need a balanced diet. Eat small portions are good, but not to all or part of the day is not eating too well. Anorexia is like hunger through to emaciation. A quick die of hunger if you eat healthy enough.
You should not really regular exercise and regular small meals, but balanced. Fruits and vegetables that you fill out, without promoting achievement and good health. But at least understand a little protein each day.

Fasting is not eating for a period of time to cleanse your body or for religious purposes. This is not something that happens, and so on for years at a time. ) As a rule, (his subject for a week or a month of the reason.

Well, you know, if you have an eating disorder. Since I'm anorexic for over 5 years, I can tell you first hand. I have a hatred for the food, it seems to eat disgusting. If you can eat without thinking to myself OMG fat so I do not think that you eat a dissorder. Some people are not as hungry as others.
