How do I name a page on my website like eg: /index instead of index.php? - i like index of php

I use NVU software on Windows, and I've tried everything.

If you say advertising on television, web sites, for example, can be found at: / news and bbc.co.uk any bbc.co.uk / news.stm. Look Good wouldnt say that the second one.
