Pain in my Kidney Area? - gallbladder and urination

I had this wound on the right side near the kidney area. Also
had pain in the top as well .. I had surgery almost 2 weeks and had removed my gallbladder. Everything was in order. But I am a good cure
this area, but the pain and damage on the right side can be restarted.
